i got the job
within 20 mins of leaving the place i got a phone call saying if i want the job its mine
so now to leave myer and move to officeworks.
its part time, so less pay, but 20 hours a week
1pm - 5pm monday to friday

I got a interview. my first in 7 years. kinda scary.
its for - Officeworks Business Direct Fulfillment Team Member - Airport vacancies
it's basically a storemans job, doing recievals, picking orders and dispatching

i've had to update my resume, which is 7 years old .....lol
so need to work out what to wear... be going for the interview between first aid duties on thursday

not bad since colesgroup didnt want me for a stockpicker, but the next day i get this offer

so scared.....

well the training is finally over and they had thier competitions today.
they did rather well
THE TEAM
they placed 4th out of 5, a great effort for thier first time doing competitions together and only 60 points behind 3rd place outr of a possible 1040 points
and they won novice award

the INDIVIDUAL
she placed 3rd out of 4 but the top 3 were rather close, she was only 20 points behind out of possiblw 560 points.

so it was rather close

I passed my AFA2 (Advanced First Aid level 2) on sunday

and in other news, have found out i'm riding in a jeep for the ANZAC parade.
